Have you imagined how the depressed get out of depression? Yes, they get coached by people who have been depressed and freed before. It’s the best antidote you can get for yourself.
4. Look after yourself
Naturally, you start looking disappointed when your effort to get something for yourself is proving futile. At this point, you will start nursing negative ideas. Naturally, you will easily develop high blood pressure, you will grow lean and lose your beauty, especially my dear lovely women.
Soo soon? Have you forgotten you have a life to live? Have you forgotten that your world hasn’t come to an end? Who would consider lovin’ you if you fail to take care of your beautiful self?
Nobody right? Okay, then take good care of yourself, it’s hard yes, I know, we’ve all been through it but again, we survived. You can equal survive. It’s all about your mindset. At this point, I will say try, try and try again.
Smoking and drinking ain’t any way close to helping you solve this emotional problem. It only destroys your inner beauty, kills your kife desires and renders you useless at the long round. My dear someone, let not that happen, go easy on yourself. You deserve better.
5. Engage in some physical activity.
For men, there are a whole lot to do but with women it hurts. This isn’t the age of Pisces where you would live to play ampe, ludu, or any physical thing.
There’s still a way, step out, follow friends to parries, go to the library, and avoid social media. Do anything that wouldn’t trigger you to think about him.
Dear men, no need to mention much about things you would do physically. There is a whole lot!
The easiest is dancing and playing football.
6. Put this dream out of your mind
The dream of you living with him or her should be closed and a new chapter should be opened.
7. Don’t get angry
